The mightiest of all of California's famous whitewater rivers originates high in the Southern Sierra. It flows westerly through magnificent Kings Canyon National Park and forms the dividing line between the Sierra and Sequoia National Forests.
Twin Pines Camp, the home of Kings River Expeditions, is above Pine Flat Reservoir located in the Sierra and Sequoia National Forests, about an hour and a half's drive east of Fresno, on the bank of the Upper Kings River. We'll be happy to send you a map. Motorhomes and campers are welcome.
