We're just minutes from the hiking trails and wilderness experiences available at Baxter State Park, the beautiful and exciting Kennebec River, Penobscot River and Dead River, the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail, great local fishing and hunting, some of Maine's biggest lakes, and two major snowmobiling trails on Maine's ITS (Interconnecting Trail System). But even right from the window of our cabins, you could see the Northern Lights, an eagle flying overhead, or a mighty moose taking a stroll.
